Everything is really good here, had a pleasant overnight stay on the' guest experience'. Thanks to all friendly efficient staff. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is large with cook to order and bacon. Its location is fantastic and beautiful in an unconcealed area to the right of reception.

Appreciated our very nice stay for 2 nights in October. The staff were consistently courteous, the breakfast was surprisingly good and everything was very good. The double room had basic facilities you need, climate control, a terrace, and a settee.

The hotel was absolutely great and brilliant, truly enjoyed the harbour view from our double room. There was amazingly great staff and the service was helpful. The room we had included a lounge area, a balcony, and a settee. The breakfast was surprisingly good and tasty, they served it at the restaurant.
The staff were very inexperienced, didn't expect that coming.

Plus, main attraction such as Brownsea Castle was 3 km from this hotel. The main bar was huge and the drinks were hot.
